01Understand the Changes
What perimenopause actually is, a plain-language timeline, and your personal symptom map.
You used to sleep fine.
You’re not imagining it.
“Why am I suddenly gaining weight around my middle?”
“Why can’t I sleep anymore, when I used to sleep fine?”
“Why can’t I concentrate or find the right word?”
“Why does my mood feel so different, and so hard to predict?”
You mentioned the weight to one person, the sleep to another, the fog to no one — and never saw them as a single story. They often are.
Nothing is wrong with you.
You just need information, not panic — and a plan written for the woman you are now.

Not a PDF you forget you bought
A printable tracker is a page you fill in once and lose. The Playbook is a working app that holds everything you enter, shows you the pattern over weeks, and turns it into something a clinician can act on.
Score your six symptom domains every few weeks and watch them move. The chart is the thing that shows you whether a change is working.
Log a week of sleep and the app tells you what's actually costing you — “nights with alcohol average 3.5/10 versus 6.4/10 overall.” No guessing.
Your symptom scores, sleep log and supplement shortlist assemble themselves into an appointment prep sheet. You press one button.
The 20-minute session has a real interval timer. Press start, put the phone down, and it calls each movement and rest for you.
Tap each day you did the thing. Streaks build, the progress ring fills, and you can see exactly which habits stuck.
Close the tab in March, come back in June, and everything is still there — your logs, your progress, your place in the reading.
In Their Words
“For the first time I didn’t feel dramatic or broken. It connected the dots I’d been carrying separately for two years. I finally get what’s happening.”
“The supplement section alone was worth it. I stopped buying things that don’t work and walked into my next appointment with real questions.”
“Calm, beautiful, and actually usable. The 30-day reset gave me three habits that stuck. It reads like a magazine you keep coming back to.”

Good Questions
Perimenopause is the transition before menopause, when hormone levels — especially estrogen and progesterone — start to fluctuate rather than decline smoothly. It commonly begins in the forties and can start in the late thirties, and it lasts four to eight years on average. Menopause itself is a single point in time: twelve consecutive months without a period. Symptoms often begin years before periods visibly change. More: perimenopause age and perimenopause vs menopause.
They tend to fall into six areas: cycle changes and hot flashes or night sweats; sleep (especially waking between 2 and 4 a.m. — here's why that happens); energy, cravings and changes in body composition; focus and memory, like losing words mid-sentence; mood, including irritability, new anxiety or feeling flat; and the body — stiff mornings, new joint aches and changes in strength. Many women have several at once, which is why it helps to look at them together rather than one at a time. Browse all our perimenopause guides.
Often not on its own. Hormone levels swing from day to day during perimenopause, so a single result can't reliably confirm or rule it out. UK NICE guidance says that for otherwise healthy people aged 45 and over, perimenopause can be identified from symptoms — recent hot flashes or sweats plus cycle changes — without a blood test. Under 45, testing can play a bigger role, so ask your clinician. Either way, a clear written record of your symptoms is one of the most useful things you can bring.
A free, 21-question check that takes about three minutes. It scores six areas at once — Cycle & Rhythm, Sleep & Recovery, Energy & Metabolism, Mind & Focus, Mood & Nervous System, and Body & Strength — names your dominant pattern and what usually drives it, gives you three specific things to try this week, and makes a printable page to take to your appointment. It's educational and doesn't diagnose anything. Take the free Symptom Map.
For most women, perimenopause begins in the early forties, though it can start in the late thirties. It ends once you've gone twelve consecutive months without a period — the point that officially marks menopause. Symptoms often show up years before your cycle visibly changes, which is why so many women don't realise what they're dealing with until well into it.
On average, four to eight years — the whole stretch between your hormones becoming erratic and the day twelve months after your last period. Some women move through it faster; for others it runs longer. There's no fixed timeline, only that identifiable end point.
No. The Playbook is educational. It explains what’s known, what isn’t, and how to think clearly about your options — so you can have a far better conversation with a qualified clinician. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace personalized medical care.
No, and anything promising that is selling you something. Your hormones fluctuate by design during this transition. What you can change is how well you eat, sleep, move, recover, and advocate for yourself — which is what measurably shifts how the transition feels. That’s the honest promise, and it’s the one this guide keeps.
Yes — and start with the free Symptom Map. Perimenopause can begin in your late thirties and often starts years before periods change noticeably. Part 01 gives you a plain-language timeline and a personal symptom map, so you stop guessing.
Instantly, and you get both formats. The moment you pay, an access key lands in your inbox — that opens the web app in any browser, on any device, with all 8 modules and all 14 tools. Nothing to install.
Inside the app you can also save the complete 71-page ebook as a PDF, so you have an offline copy to read or print. The tools stay in the app, because they do things paper can't: they remember what you enter, chart your trend over weeks, and build your appointment prep sheet for you.
The price goes to $197 and stays there. That's the real, permanent price for the app plus the ebook — $47 is the launch price while the Playbook finds its first readers. If you buy before then, you keep everything at $47 forever, including every update we ship afterwards. There's no second window and no discount code coming.
Everything you enter saves automatically in your browser as you go, so you can close the tab and come back weeks later. Because it's stored in your browser rather than on our servers, it doesn't follow you to a different device on its own — so there's a one-click "Download my data" button under My Progress, and a restore button on the other side. Your access key works on as many devices as you like.
Email us within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full, no questions and no awkwardness. You keep the ebook. We’d rather you feel good about the decision than hold onto $47.
You’re not imagining it. And you’re not doing this alone.
